Default Building a Computer?

I'm considered trying this instead of having my parents buy a Dell. Is this something that I, someone who has almost no experience with computers, could try? I'd like to take on the challenge and build a better machine for less money.

If you have all the software, it isn't too bad. If you don't have all the software, it is cheaper to buy from someone like Dell.

building a machine is every costly because you'd want to get the best part. If you're not a hardcore gamer nor an overclocker then I suggest you buy a prebuilt ones.

Also if you run into problems and you don't know what to do, you can call Dell 24-7-365. Even if some locusts are coming down the street.

And on leap year.

And during an eclipse

If you build your own system and run into problems, you only have yourself.

I see.
If that's the way it is and it's not much cheaper I guess we'll go with a prebuilt.

You can ask HAN or your friends. I built my computer, and learned a whole lot from doing so.

Id say build your own. It aint that hard. The hardest are those small little wires that go to the MoBoard. For your power switch and all that fun stuff
