Default Lacy Peterson trial

If this jury cannot find him guilty. IM moving the **** out of California. We have over 600 people on death row yet we never throw the switch.

I doubt they will. even though all the evidence is there and plain to see Cali is a bit too liberal in the use of death penalty.

As you said all those people on Calis death row and not one has had the switch thrown. Part of it is the appeals process but the other part is that its political suicide to toss the switch multiple times under your watch and show approval.

Still no verdict?
What the hell do these people have left to discuss?
I doubt they'll acquit, but I'm concerned they may deadlock.

they dumped one of the jurors for doing her own research, so they had to start deliberations all over again.

I haven't been following the trial, but I think they may acquit... a lot of the evidence has seemed to point to him, but beyond a reasonable doubt? I don't know...

its a shame they couldn't get more evidence. I can't believe he didn't do it, and to see him get off b/c he covered his tracks well is horrible. but thats our legal system, and it usually works, so oh well.
