This whole semester i was waking up completely exhausted. i'd be tired for the rest of the day. with my depression - getting up was VERY hard for me, until now...

i went to Target last night and bought a foam egg crate mattress pad and a new pillow that is "ideal for stomach sleepers" (me). put the eggcrate pad on, washed my sheets and put the new pillow on the bed. it was sooooo comfortable to sleep on it felt great. woke up this morning feeling refreshed - i actually woke up before my alarm!!

can't wait to sleep tonight!
