worked 11hrs so far today..

I should just stay here all night and work :happysad:

they have a shower, i just need a change of clothes...

it's a private shower. there is also a nice gym with 1/2court indoor basketball, the usual running, walking, stair climbing machines plus a very nice assortment of free weights and natilus (sp?) machines.

I've only been there 4times in the last 3 years it's been open:exnbp:
