I'm pretty sure that's an Opel concept car with a Scion badge chopped on.

It definitely looks very "Opel-ish" after having done a search on Opel concept cars. I can't find one identical but it might be a very good photoshop job collage.

It's actually the Holden Torana TT36 concept.
