Dammit I guess the track dried after Mike and I left. :happysad:

 

I thought I had 3rd place sealed when I left. We just finished our runs before the rain hit. I guess the track dried quick enough before the 4th heat started.

 

Don't worry you only lost to a Triumph TR4, Hyundai Accent, Audi 4000Q, Chevy S10, and an Audi of unknown model

 

All on stickies and seasoned drivers, but thats not comforting enough. I are teh suxors. :happysad: My next event my main competitor is a Mini driven by a guy who's been running for nearly 15 years. h:

 

I don't know why you are beating yourself up. You do not have any natural talent, you are not part of the shoemaker dynasty. You are :gasp: normal!


Like I said before just go out there and drive and have fun. Try to learn something new every event.

Speed will come with practice and experience.

 

One last thing. Don't worry about people running r-compounds. It's not like you can put on R-comps and drop 2 seconds off of your time right now. You'll know when it's time to go r-comps. Just do your best to match the time of those that are running r-comps.
