It works fairly well. It comes with a knob so you can adjust the fan speed.
I keep it low unless I'm playing halo then I crank it up

when they run a sale, it's a complete blow out deal. last week i got a Maxtor 250gig 7200 RPM hd for $119 (no rebates)
two weeks ago, i got a P4 2.8ghz processor and motherboard for $109
