Btw, the Red Baron mission is definitely a bitch. That's the hardest mission I've done so far (almost about of the San Fran city) but it's all about timing. Go for the guys nearest you first and be quick about it, then haul ass to the last two and just keep trying until it works. Good luck, you're gonna need it...

It takes some time and alot of killing. When wielding the 9mm or micro uzi or the sawed off (I think) you need to just keep using it and blowing people away. In your stats you'll see your experience or skill or whatever increasing. When you reache 1000 skill then you can dual wield any of em. You get 1-3 points for killing random people, and more for enemies/cars and cops. It takes some time, but is definitely worth it.
edit: Sorry, you can't dual wield -any- of them. In your stats it'll say "weapon experience" with that particular weap. So if you get 1000 with 9mm's then you can dual wield those. didn't mean to say you can get 1000 with micro SMGs and wield dual sawed-offs to boot. They don't make it easy.

I've put the red barron mission on the back burner for a while. I've been messing around with a couple of cheats to see if that might help. they haven't
I just made it to Vegas last night, its freakin awesome! I bought the air strip too, and I can go into all the airports and fly anything now.
I now made it past all the schools, the motorcycle school, the car school, the boat school, and the pilot school. CJ can jump out of planes and sky dive!!!! this game is crazy!
the James Wood character is cool.
