To be honest, statements like this seem to be pretty outdated. ED9man is probably the first person I've heard overrate VTEC since....I dunno....somewhere around 1999. h:

haha i hear it almost every day,..sometimes kids come in with a DX civic and are like "OMGHI2U i lubzzzz my VTEC IN MY CIVIC,..like OMG vtec is the best y0" ,..i pop the hood and what do i find? a DX motor with an intake,..then i proceed to just say "yea ill install the LED washer nozzles for 30 bucks"

but dont get it twisted,..im not knocking vtec or anything,..hell both the hatchbacks now have vtec heads (i was already lsvtec in one hatch than my type R head came in about 3 or so weeks ago so i put that on the b20 motor),..but some people just make it seem like you cant be fast if you dont have vtak!!!,........y0
