Plus since that was my first offense and my weapon is legal, plus he was on my property, in my driveway I had the right to protect my property.
I didnt shoot the guy ( plus I had the clip in my pocket ).
I held them at bay until police arrived but before that one of them tried to swing at me so i caught him first with the weapon.
I got into trouble for that. 1,347.00 dollar fine plus 1 yrs probation.
Thats the old me anway.
Plus I dont live in Beverly Hills or in the mountains where things like this dont happen.
Like I said before, I dont need to lie about what I've done in my past whether you believe it or not.....Like im sure your no angel yourself.
