How do you qualify to ge a rifle expert? I'd be a good marksman if I were to join

 

You have to shoot a 40 or higher on the range out of a possible 65.

To be a Sharpshooter you must shoot 35-39.

Marksman is 25-34.

Below 25, you suck and must requalify. You'd be surprised at how many people shoot well all week than shank it on qualification day.

Oh yeah, we shoot at targets as far as 500 yards away, no scope.
