that's not going to work either, since the admin locked the right to the system32 folder.

Depending on your restrictions, there could be a backdoor. If you want to disable all the restrictions, try this...it's pretty simple, and you won't hurt anything else.
open notepad. type:
<a href="c:\windows\regedit.exe">noob</a>
then click, file, save as...
change the file type to "all", and save it to your desktop as "noob.html".
Now, goto your desktop and open "noob.html". Then click on the link..."noob".
File Download window comes up, click "Open".
If this is successful, then whoever set your restrictions in not very computer savvy. If not...well, try something else.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies and delete the "Microsoft" folder.
Reboot.

yeah i think i'll just forget it... dont really want to play in regedit as it is the work computer and if i get caught i would be in too much shit thank for all the ideas...
