Cumberland is having a kick ass auto x this weekend, rumors say its going to be wicked fast 3rd gear event. I am broke and I also aggravated an old neck injury. Should I bite the bullet spend the money, I mean I only live once right. As for the neck, ice pack for the next 3 days and I outta be okay. h:

 

how important is autox to you? sure you only live once but most of that will be over the next 50 years, when that neck problem is gonna really matter. rest your neck, the event will happen again next year if not sooner.

I wanted to run 6 events this year since I only started in September. This was going to be event 5. I know I outta rest the neck, like you said the event will be there next year but if I aggravate the injury further I might be in big trouble.

one of my good friends had the 8th doctor tell him that he isnt invincible. his parents even took his motorcycle away.

his neck is all fukkered up, his cartiladge is gone. its just a result of running his body too hard, too much whip lash from monster trucks and snowmobiles and motorcycles etc.

Oh Ricardo you don't know how much I want to run this one. Lets just say the old neck is hurting so much I can't actually move my head without getting tears in my eyes. I actually look like a robot because I have to move my whole body instead of my head.

When I got t-boned in March I didn't see the doctor. Lets just say it was the second stupidest thing I did that day.

 

been there. i just used some relaxation exercises and popped some advil.

autoxed the next day with no brace. at least you'll have a brace.

keep in mind i'm older so I'm probably more fragile.

 

I don't have a brace... well I am going to take some Tylenol for the next 2 days. You can register at the event, so if the old boy is feeling good I'll run.
