Could it mess anything up on your car if you scrape the bottom?

I backed up into a ditch on a country road and the concrete's edge kinda scraped the bottom of the car.

There's plenty to mess up, but just check for any leaks, driveability problems or funny sounds over the next couple of days. If nothing, you should be fine.

if you scrape the bottom, the bottom of the car gets messed up by scrapes.

Yes. Abnormal ones.

Mainly I'd be worried about leaking oil or your transmission. If it gives you piece of mind just bring it into a local car shop and have them inspect it. Shouldn't cost you much at all if anything
