that is probably a 328i 1999 model. BMW offered M aero package, front bumper side skirts, rear bumper were all lifted from the M3 and fitted. as for power plant...
SCer or S52 transplant (euro version with 333hp) is my guess.
I'm also glad to see legal drifting in a track.
