I'm going for my insomnia. Basically, I controlled the whole converstion, said what he was going to say before he said it, and left him quite speechless. Then he told me to stay up all night and not go to sleep....ugh. I'm going to go back on Friday though.

sounds like you know what the problem is already. maybe open up to the therapist a little more and let everything out.

you know what you can try? its called valerian root. it stinks extremely bad, but it works great. you can get it at wegmans or health food stores. i was having a lot of problems sleeping, and it was recommended to me. i finished about half the bottle (you take 3 pills a night), and now i can sleep with out them. they're great because 1. they are natural and 2. they don't knock you out. they just make you relaxed and a little sleepy. give it a shot and see how you like them (warning: very stinky! hold your nose!)
