My dad punched through a double pane sliding glass door when my mom was pregnant with me. His arm was FUBAR! I have the pics of the bathroom...blood was EEEEEEEEEVERYWHERE! the walls were covered, the ceiling was splattered. It was horrible. He had these horrific scars up his arm, even 20 years later. He couldve died from it.

I did that like 4 years ago when I was really mad one day but instead my fist went through the door. 
h: Till this day my dad still doesn't know the hole exists. I covered it with some poster thing. :shocked: I think we're placing that door soon so he'll never know. :eek3:
