My best friend has been saying that St. Louis was going to win the World Series for weeks. This was back when the Yanks were battling it out with the Twins. He said it didn't matter who won because the Cards were gonna kill them. I wonder if the cocky bastard will end up being right.

was Manny Ramirez a gold Glove winner this year :chuckles: Those plays were butchered. That 3rd strike call on Edmonds was sooooo far inside......Let me be the first to say FIX!

I think the pitches caught the front inside corner of the plate...that's all they need. You can call FIX all you want, but I bet you weren't crying FIX when the Yankees kept getting calls all these years.
