Perform sweep
Restart
Perform sweep again
Reboot in safe mode.
Run sweeper
Restart
You should be good as gold

Not quite. This is a worm. Not spyware.

Just because it says Spybot in the name doesn't mean it has anything to do with spyware or adware or malware. It's a virus and needs to be removed like any other worm/virus/trojan.

Adaware and Spybot and spysweeper and spyimgunnagetyasucka are not going to do anything to a virus/worm.

Try reading the security bulletin that was linked by Black2000GSR. If you don't remove the registry keys (and antivirus software only removes or cleans files), the worm will come back, because the registry keys will cause it to be re-created and reloaded.
