Last night they converted a 1992 Toyota Paseo to a rear wheel drive drift car. They used the driveline out of a Tacoma. I find myself setting my program tuner to this every tuesday at 8:00p.m. on the speed channel. They actually work on performance, unlike Pimp my Ride, don;t get me wrong, I find it fascinating to turn a heap of shit into pile of gold, however, making fast car faster or a slow car - fast is a little more intruiging.

I think I saw on some tuner show that a guy with a teg used the CRV drivetrain and now has a RWD drift car that he uses in competition. cool idea with the paseo.

Tuner Transformation does some really cool stuff to cars, but the show has almost no production value. I wish they would copy more of the style and music from Pimp My Ride, and bring in Xzibit to host it. That chick is really hot, but she's a terrible actress and she doesn't know squat about cars.

Like Xzibit knows anything about cars. He just knows oh lets put a 20" LCD screen in that car and lets put flames y0! That's mad tightzzzz! Oh and don't even get me started about their style.

I just recently acquired the Speed Channel so I will be looking out for this show. It seems pretty neat.

It's a lot better than it used to be. The first 4-5 shows were horrible. I wish they'd lose the actors though, they always take the cars to some other shop to do anything more than an air intake.

Xzibit doesn't do the work there buddy. He just hosts the show and he's really good at it.
