Default The problem with rain in San Diego

Is people here can't drive for shit. As soon as the rain hits our San Diego streets, all you hear is how many accidents there are on the freeways and roads. When will people learn that conditions are different when driving in the rain?

there's a lot of oil build up on the roads, I heard. So when it rains just a little, the freeways and roads get really slick.

plus SD peeps can't drive for shit in the rain
