Also if you have recommendations on where to find a better engine. AND NO IM NOT GETTING A B SERIES!!!!!! Im sticking with a D series and dont ask questions or :ghey: up my thread so it gets closed. I hear about D16Y7 and D16Z8 or something like that. Whats the differences?

usdm d series vtecs are d16z6 (92-95) and d16y8 (96+)

 

What cars are the d16z6 (92-95) and d16y8 (96+) found in. Which one will fit in my 92 civic LX

 

d16z6 are EX/Si

d16y8 is in the 6th gen EX

 

both will fit but for obd ease go with the d16z6.

 

What year car for D16Z6 and are there any good online merchants worth getting this from. Im trying to stay away from junkyards cus i dont know what im getting.
