Update: I went into the Traffic Office this morning and waited like 20 min. When it's my turn I go up to the desk and let the MP know what's up. He says "Is the plate on there now?" And I said "Yeah." Than he takes my citation, puts it in his inbox and says "It's taken care of..." What a waste of time.
