how do u feel about this situation(s)?
people who film or catch thing on tape getting charged.
for example: holdin' it big, owner and filmer (street bike dvd) was filming two guys who were willingly wanting to be on the vid, do wheelies down the hwy, and one guy crashed and died when he hit a parked tow truck.
he was charged big time, and now the family of the dead son is sueing him.

leads me to think about the vid in the "wtf" thread where the dude smashes the blue PT cruiser, if the owner came back with the cops will the guy filming it get punished/be held liable because its obvious the black guy is doing it for the video.

i film a lot of shit. i always think, when has it become a crime to vid tape shit?
they shouldn't sell cameras if your gonna get busted for everything u ever film.

i dont mind people who film something, such as a race or some punks showing off in their cars/bikes, whatever..
what bothers me is when people film people being beat up, raped, murdered, etc...but dont do anything about it, except stand there and watch it through the camera.
