my insurance will cover the first 5 visits to the therapist...the psychiatrist is co-payed

I'm stocked up on vicodin and penicillin. I haven't had anything to eat or drink since 11pm last night and I'm cranky and tired.
I kept waking up every hour or so, after finally falling asleep at 3am.
