Default Where could i get info on tire

I need to find information on the maximum tire size for an integra 95... cant find it anywhere on the net! would that be written in the owners manual? cause cant find it there eigther! I have winter tires (205/65/15) but not sure if they would fit, as my present tires are 195/55/15...

im running 205-50-15

as you get wider (195-205) you want a smaller aspect ratio (55-50)

Most people try and stick to something that is close to the stock diameter.

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

That link will let you compare diameters of different tire sizes. As you can see, those winter tires are pretty huge compared to the stock ones.

yeah i know.. but if i could fit these(i already had them from previous car) I would... just want to save some cash, so wondering if there is a way to know if those would be too big and rub...
If not possible to fit those then i'll stick with 195/55 for winter...

that just means that an indicated 100 mph would really only be 92 so an indicated 50 mph would only be 46 mph.... not that big of a problem.

I was under the impression that a skinner width tire is reccomended for snow driving..

like a 185 60 14 arctic aplin.

It's the other way around. An indicated 60 mph would be an actual 65.2 mph.
