Well okay i have AT&T and i've been happy with them for a few yrs. I then changed to GSM plan and the reception quality dropped a bit but not bad. Now that i moved to Santa Barbara the reception is kindof shitty, i mean i get it but it drops calls, and it flucuates, like i'll be sitting down outside and have full reception and then it goes away. I hate it, anyone have any ideas on what i can do to get better reception? i know my options are limited buy changing service companies is out of the question becasue my G/F and rest of my family has ATT so i get free mobile to mobile.

 

I guess the best thing you could do is get a different phone. One that might be able to hold the signal better. How old is your phone that you're using now?

my phone is new, i just got it in uhh may of this yr, but its a bit crappy, the regular samsung. i dont like it much either but yea i'll ask round to other people who have att and see what they say, then maybe buy a phone on ebay and switch the sim card.
