go the unofficial website, it looks like the 2003 winner was a scam and the fbi got them haha...
anyways, something i found on that website. guy sounds retarded:

reponse: Hey Tim! Thanks for checking out the website. HOWEVER, this is the un-official website. I have nothing to do with McDonald's. I am just a regular non-associated person like yourself. If you want game pieces by mail YOU have to send in a request to McDonald's. I do have all the rules on this site but to make it real simple here is the rule for getting game pieces. This information is exactly how McDonald's has stated it as of 10/12/04.
