Phone Numbers, by far.

The Internet is just the Internet, I don't really care if I have everyone's AIM name or not, because the people who I talk to often would message me eventually anyway. When you lose phone numbers, you usually lose some phone numbers of people that you rarely call - or that rarely call you - but you still need "just in case" or something like that.

I would definetly have to say cell phone numbers. I hardly use aim anyways. All my friends are on my cell phone. I'd be rather pissed off if I lost all my cell phone numbers.

I have no particular attachment to either. I only regularly IM a couple people, and call a couple people.
