In a few hours, I will be somewhere in West Virginia camping under the stars with friends. Then in the morning we wake up early to go white-water rafting in some pretty violent rapids (so I hear). Wish me luck.

In other news, I turned in my two-week notice to my job on Tuesday. Before lunch they told me to go ahead and pack my things and say goodbye to everyone. They paid me for the rest of the day and will pay me for the next two weeks. So I get a two week paid vacation. I don't think I'll use it all though as I have another job that I've accepted with a company that manufactures and installs custom interior trim for high-end residences in Charlotte and the surrounding area.

 

Congrats on the new job. Have fun whitewater rafting. If you see a grizzly remember, maintain the fetus position :chuckles:
