I learned all my driving technique from reading, watching videos online, Gran Turismo and copying what I see from them. Even Initial D helped to illustrate some of the techniques I heard about. I have yet to see a skilled driver in action in real life.

use the e-brake to rotate car is stupid unless you are a dirt road rally driver.
so stop.

i've told you this before. slow down more for the corner. you can't have a perfect handling car for all situations.

i would also feel 100% better if you stop experimenting on your own. simple enough to wait until you get your license and go to an event. or just go to an event and ask for rides.

I don't always brake that hard, when I am pushing the car almost as hard as I can to get from say point A to B I am. Less time slowing down and more time at WOT in the straight = faster.

Wait......you don't have a license yet and are trying this?

hmmmm....this is a recipe for disaster unless you are getting track time.

yeah, I've only played with the e-brake on slick pavement

Another month, isn't so bad, but wouldn't most events in MA be done by November? It's just that I have this perfect road with one entrance that is all but abandoned in the off-season. Goes through a park.

I'll try to be patient, I just hate all this bullshit licensing red tape

haha, not me
Not real agressive driving, I haven't focused on that aspect since maybe the past half year.

How come my best skill is only shown out of an involuntary reaction?
Does this happen to anyone else?
It's like I'll make the car do something without thinking that I can't ordinarily do by thinking.
