well thats good

I dont mind the 909 on nice days. I hate the 909 on Smoggy days as much as I hate Sioux Falls in a Tornado Warning

nice days are far and few between in the 909.

I live on the south edge of 951, and we never get any smog...usually pretty nice.

Yeah it's still growing. The 15 gets bad during rush hour, but north of my exit so I'm free and clear. The Winchester Rd exit is terrible and always backs up onto the freeway.
