I wouldn't even bother with that D-series motor. I don't know why people are so fascinated with it. It's a freaking 1.5 VTEC. Personally it's more of a hassle to get so little performance.

I would prefer to have a b18 but due to lack of funds im sticking with a D series. Plus at this point im not really looking for speed....of course thats a plus but right now i need reliability. Should i drive around with a car with 130,000 miles or a car with less then 35,000 miles.

Good luck getting your new medical insurance to cover you for a pre-existing condition. In fact, I can tell you now, you will not be covered unless the injury occured while the coverage was in effect.

why all the hate on Dseries motors?

thats it,..ive decided,..the next honda motor im building is going to be a boosted Dseries motor,..and im gonna put it in a 6th gen 4dr civic,..ill put money on it that it will run atleast a 12.99
