There are several historical tours that you can take too if you are interested in to that kind of stuff. Also, make sure you get into the North End for some good Italian food :yumyum:
for bars, in Faniel Hall there are a ton to bar hop. The Black Rose, The Bell in Hand, The Place, The Tap. walk 2 feet and you'll run into another bar in Faniel Hall. if you head over to Boylston St. check out the Catus Club and get a Sand Bowl, check out the Poor House, Wiskey's, and if you have a craving for a cigar go to Cigar Masters. If you go to hang out in Fenway hit Lancedown St. right across from Fenway Park. there is a row of bars and clubs. Jillians is usually a lot of fun.
As for sight seeing, you have to take a Duck Tour of Boston. you can check out the MFA for art, Symphony Hall.

you'll notice that there is a dunkin donuts ever other store. if your a coffee lover that is the place to go, and pick yourself up a Boston Cream donut. it is an absolute to have some New England clam chowder. if you go to a decent restraunt they should have a good cup of chowdah.
as for trademark restaurants, check out Legal Seafood. its right where the Aquarium is, so you can hit that after you check out the fish.
go to the Rack in Faniel hall. the scene is amazing there. hot women, and there are usually some famous people hanging out there.
