Bushs response on why we don't go to world court is interesting. I think it is more towards the fact that our own President could be tried under several of his own charges and he is more worried about that than actual justice.

What? World court?

I dunno but the US was one of the main developers of its existence...so why aren't we also subject to it and are able to bypass it?

Would you want some organization that has nothing to do with the US and does not have the best interest of the US having the power to say what the US does is right or wrong?

Not at all, in fact I think I mentioned this a few months ago right after Sadaam was caught. He does belong in a world court because his action affected more nations than just the US.

Only problem is then our pres and his staff and generals have to answer as well.

We were also one of the main creators of the UN. The UN is total bs now. I think next we should get out of the UN, kick their headquarters out of the US and cut US funding of the UN and its programs. Then see how quick the UN collapses.
