I don't think that it would be right to restrict outsourcing all-together. I think we just need to instate incentives to counter-act outsourcing and "punish" (tax-wise) companies that do outsourcing.

Read the article so you can understand why he did it. The study done by the people supporting the bill showed that it would be better to veto the bill.

Outsourcing really isn't bad for the economy. It's temporarily bad for the individual.


Legislating against it would be a bad idea.
