pre payed cell phone, no apartment, no utilites, no credit card, pre payed wireless internet, pay insurance in full every 6 months with a money order, conpany health life and dental insurance

Pay is pretty damn good, if you enjoy driving its certainly a great job. You get to go to a lot of different places. I met a trucker (early 30s) at the Grantville Auto X and he drove a 2002 WRX in D Stock and had 2 other project cars and was building a rally car.

I have a lot of friends who are truckers, I have a lot of respect for them. My drive home is made more entertaining by the friendly banter with the truckers.
