I hear bush won't be able to make it, but Kerry will still be there to debate himself

I might watch it. I think Kerry will come off looking like a huge tool.

Bush will be focused on the issues, Kerry will piss and moan about what Bush has done wrong in his own opinion. Then somehow Kerry will find a way to bring up the fact he was over in Vietnam. Another fact which has been made painfully obvious to everyone in the country 5 times over already.

I just think Kerry's gonna screw it up bigtime from the way he's been acting.

yea, bush will def. attack on kerry's "flip-flops". i also read in the newspaper that bush has not lost a debate since Gore (2k). Kerry is also a good debater but we shall see.

Last time I saw Bush attempt to actually answer something resembling a hard question was when he was on Meet the Press with Tim Russert. He was evasive, stuttering, and would go off on tangent after tangent; not to mention that he always managed to end up harping on the same point while providing "answers" to several different questions.

Kerry needs to make sure he is clear and concise and makes Bush look like the idiot that he looks like when he's interviewed, stay off the personal attacks, and if Bush does start slinging mud then Kerryshould simply say that he will not respond to any personal attacks.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

You take Bush's (mis)quote way, way too literally. Out of context as well, if I'm not mistaken.

If Kerry was getting as much publicity these past four years as Bush has, you'd find he would have said just as many things that can come off as stupid. If not more. If you listen to anyone for long enough you'll find a lot of things that don't make sense in what they say.

i was watching cnn a few minutes ago, and they were showing misc. events of bush speaking, and as mentioned from mr. booty, he studders way to much (i dont have a problem with that), but then he ends up changing the subject. it gets annoying when some people ask for a specific answer when you get a bland one. meh. should be intresting to watch.
