Interesting outlook.
actually, more the fact that I can't simply cut a corner...

I mean, is that asking too much? for me to save some time and pick them up instead of waiting for them to drive over to my house?

so what if I'm in a hurry... I want to drive my fawking car again....

Dipshit? Of course, I'm the dipshit.

Anyways, UPS doesn't realize that you think the world revolves around you. Sorry. If you know your truck isn't coming until the night of your day off, bump up the service priority to 3day, 2day, or 2day early am.

considering you have a hard to understanding whats going on here, it makes me wonder about your reading comprehension....

thats why I called them :fawk:

seriously, its not like I'm asking them to come by earlier... I just want to pick up the package a little sooner than I would get it

the package is already here in town (checked in at 7:30am), but I won't get it for another 11 hours... I dunno, does this not make sense?

Lets try an analogy...

say you're going to get tires from I dunno, Discount Tire company... They don't have the tires you need in the correct size, but there is a store on the other side of town with those tires you need. So they say, we can have them sent here, but it will take some extra time. But you're thinking to yourself, I can just save some time and drive over there and get them myself.

does that make sense?

Sorry. If you know your truck isn't coming until the night of your day off, bump up the service priority to 3day, 2day, or 2day early am.
if I had known this before I got the tracking number (before it got sent out) I probably would have.

:lmfao: It's not my reading comprehension. ^:lmfao:

Anyways, your distribution center handles over one million packages per day. Would you like it if they told all 1000+ employees that 18secferio's tires need to be in his hand's before 7pm so stay on the lookout for his package?

If you need a package by a certain day/time, get it expidited (ie 3 day, 2 day, 2day early, next day). Don't complain when a ground service that has no time guarantee at all doesn't come early enough for you.

I've always had trouble with UPS, whether it was personal stuff (I'd say 20% of the packages I've ever received through them were delayed) or with my business (at least 2 delayed packages every shipping cycle we had, and with a fair amount of lost or incredibly damaged packages as well).

I always use FedEx now, but I'm curious to try DHL sometime
