I wouldn't think you'd need to replace all the rocker arms unless they have excessive wear on them. But then again, I don't know about old school supras.

Why wouldn't you replace them, if you are upgrading everything else, you should swap them out for lighter, tricker pieces. It is cheaper to use as much new stuff as you can afford to when doing rebuild, do it right, do it once
