I use ABC, downloaded the first season of Viva La Bam in about 13 hours off-and-on.

Also downloaded the complete second season of Justice League in about 8-10 hours. (3Gb)

Ummm... do you use bitornado? If you do, it will dramatically cut down the time; since you can change your settings. ((I DLing new Naruto as we speak))
