Okay, I've been searching for the answer to this, and I can't find it.

"A" elements which generally obey the "rules" are called the _________elements.

context? what are "A" elements and what are these "rules"

"A" elements referring to the old style of naming families on the table (IE: IIA, VA, VIIA, ect).

And the rules...well I don't really know what he means by that.

That's what I thought, too. But this question is hella vague to me.

Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr.

Francium is my favorite. Toss some of that in a bit of water and it blows up like WHOA.
