Okay, I've been searching for the answer to this, and I can't find it.
"A" elements which generally obey the "rules" are called the _________elements.

"A" elements referring to the old style of naming families on the table (IE: IIA, VA, VIIA, ect).
And the rules...well I don't really know what he means by that.
