Bare with me.
Okay, on 09-04-04 the world lost the most wonderful man in the world. My father-in-law had a heart attack at my residence and later died at a hospitol in San Antonio. My father in law had no life insurance and had remarried four months ago to a two time widow (whi had kicked him out which is why he was at my house). To make a long story short, my wife and I had to come up with almost $9,000.00 to give my father in-law a proper burial. Most of the family pitched in and we were able to take care of everything. His wife of four months will be getting his monthly social security checks yet she could not afford to help pay for the funeral or even help out with raising any money. Anyway, now the biatch is saying she wants his car back which has been at my house since the night he passed. I have the title but they are telling me that it now belongs to his wife. I have to give the car back and I don't want her to get it back and sell it. I don't want the car but it is an all original 83' Buick Le Sabre in perfect working condition. I just hate the idea that she is just going to turn around and sell all his shit without even helping with the funeral or offering any type of assistance. The fact that she was a two time widower already has the family in an uproar since my father in law seemed to be in good physical condition prior to his demise. I don't want to type the whole drama out on this board but what could I do to the car to make it a lawn ornament. If I have to give it back I don't want her to get shit for it. My wife asked my father-in-law if he wanted her to call his wife and the last words he stated in this world were, "Why?, she does'nt care anyway". And when my wife called his wife hours later when she knew he was not going to make it, she told my wife that it was his fault because he yelled so much. can you believe that shit, he's dieing and she tells his daughter it's his fault. after that we figured she would show up and she did'nt show up until the day we picked out the casket. makes you wonder huh? The authorities refused to do an autopsy because the cause of death was obvious.

You can demand an autopsy regardless of cause of death and in this case I really suggest you ask for one if its not too late.
Twice a widow in itself isn't so alarming, but her obvious callousness should raise some questions. Have you talked to the police and the coroners office regarding the suspicious reaction by her? They will most likely consider it grief causing your suspicion but I would voice the concern either way.

yeah, my brother in law is actually a SAPD cop and they would not perform one due to the obvious clogged arteries. I personally don't think she kille dhim but she is still a cold hearted wench in my book.
Put the estate and all property into probate. Contest the will (if there is one) and fight until she gets jack shit.
