ok thanks for the explaination. I have never had those tires nor have autoxed nor have I taken my car to the extreme in 95 degree heat so I would have no first hand experience what would happen. OKTKSBYE

That looks like fun. How often are the meets held in Tx? It looks like a diverse group of vehicles; different classes?

I was driving a little south of that area on Labor Day weekend...so many bugs that you couldn't read some of the license plates on cars. I'll post pics in the Basement later.

Going to run in my first on on Saturday. None of my loser friends want to tag along as camera guy. Free lunch and dinner at a nice place isn't tempting enough for them. :happysad:

Can't wait 'till the next event. I will be on ES100s for the first time, vs. my 400 treadwear Michelins that came with the car

Our club, the Texas A&M Sports Car Club (http://www.tamscc.org), holds 4 autocrosses per semester. That site is actually university property, which we are allowed to us for our AXs as long as we keep it clean

The pics I took were only of one heat (HS, STS, SSM, and SM I think). We have a good mix of cars coming to our events (domestics and imports). Were do you live? Wanna come to one of our events?

Yeah, for some reason there are a ton of lovebugs around here. I'd say 90% of the bug marks are from when I drove thru a patch of love bugs at 80mph at one point :chuckles:

I just checked the results and the S2k guy got a 53.139, vs. my 51.623 :chuckles:
