projection tv vs plasma

Default projection tv vs plasma

what is better? I am trying to figure out what I want...

Me thinks that both have the same quality of picture, just depends on the brand. The Projection tv is bigger in size, but a lot cheaper than plasmas. If you don't mind a little more size, I would go with the Projection.

Plasmas are a bit better than LCD projection tvs.

I would go with a LCD HDTV in 16:9 ratio.

My friend bought one 70" and one 60"

70" Sony XBR and 60" Sony non XBR. Great TVs.

Plasma TV of course. Brighter picture and a major cool factor.

the problem with plasma is they are unsure about how long they will last. i would hold off until then and when prices become more affordable.
