You can make long distant phone calls on the PC or Mac for free
But the other user must have Skype also.

I have it and use it here and there. Works pretty well and is the best VOIP I have used that was offered free of charge.

Holy crap! Never thought of that... I don't have a cell phone so I use the dorm line for long distance calls... i could save fortunes using Skype!
