Default I love my Canon printer

I have a Canon S530D printer, which is discontinued, but I'm sure it applies to others as well.

In the past I've had Epson printers.

As a student, I put my stuff in storage each summer and unpack it in the fall. I just unpacked my printer because this is the first time I had to use it.

I was a little worried because with my Epson printer, I would unpack it and the ink cartridges (which also hold the print heads) would be gunked up beyond relief and I had to buy a new set of cartridges.

My Canon however, fired right up and printed perfectly. Yay.

My 5$ garage sale find canon printer has since replaced my essentially brand new lexmark POS for the same reason.

I like my Epson c82. h: It has been the most solid printer I've had. Of course my pervious printers were hooked up through a parallel port and not USB. h:

I have canon i850s, it's good. Also, i heard that the new Epson R300 is pretty good, for Cd/DVD printing as well.
