Default Friggin' Half.com Purchase

No wonder I don't buy much online. I purchased a "Brand New" copy of Panic Room. Details on the order state that the item is brand new, factory-packaged, shrinkwrapped.

I get it, and first of all, it's not even in a traditional DVD case. It's some type of crap cardboard packaging. Then, the shrinkwrap is torn away from the upper right hand corner and the side corner of the case is torn off.

The seller is friedmansloan on Half.com/eBay. I contacted him and inquired as to what he will do for me to correct it. Let's see what happens.

I'm not opening it. I didn't purchase a DVD whose case isn't plastic and is not in Brand New condition.

if he dun do nothing, report to half.com since it's against their policy to go against the description. Then a negative feedback.

It's sitting back in the envelope in came in until I get a reply back. Then I'll decide what to do. And if people don't like returns, they should send the purchased product to begin with.

Who cares what the dvd case looks like? As long as the DVD is real, and brand new...what's the deal? TONS of dvd's come in packages like that now.
