When i put my B16a2 engine in my car im gonna purchase a Aftermarket air filtration system. Now i was wondering which is better. A Short Ram or a CAI?

depending on where you live,..i say the extra 2 or so horses you get from a CAI over a short ram isnt worth the risk of getting hydrolocked,..i had short rams on both my hatchbacks
