I haven't read the manual yet and this is just my 1st attempt so h: , didn't come out that great IMO.

The composition is nothing special, but the shot shows good technical skill. Without any lens filters this is about as good an exposure as you'll likely get under those lighting conditions.

What kind of film is it?

that came out really well for not reading the manual. I need to read my manual and I have had my camera for almost a year now

Canon Digi Rebel 6.3mp, no film, oem lense, no special lights, just me, my camera, and a tripod on top of a 5th floor parking garage at 9pm

Believe it or not but that type of pic i could use as a background on my desktop. I like pictures like that of a city at night time. Its real serene and calm.
